Striking images of the beautiful people of Haiti. It is devastating to see that the people of Haiti, who struggle everyday in the poorest country in the Western hemisphere, have been affected by such a catastrophe. Tens of thousands are feared dead, with hundreds of thousands affected. No medical supplies, water, electricity, or food. There are too many people dying. Three days after the quake, still no coordinated search and rescue efforts have been organized due to the collapse and loss of life of the UN building and delegation in Port-au-Prince.
The relief efforts are moving along thanks to the hard-working volunteers from aid organizations and foreign governments. Sincerest condolences and prayers go out to the many victims of the devastating earthquake in Haiti. God bless all the survivors and volunteers!
